The clinic first operated at Lot 300, Jalan Tangki Air, 22000 Jerteh, Terengganu. As patient needs continued to grow, the clinic relocated on 21 February 2013 to its current location at PT 951 Taman D’Jaya, Jalan Besar, Kg. Mak Sara, 22000 Jerteh, Terengganu.
